Enterprise Miramar had argued that the resource consent decision showed apparent bias and was legally wrong, but the court found the Wellington City Council‘s decisions were lawful and there was no bias.

The group says it sticks by its original claims and will consider an appeal.

The council‘s acting chief executive, Kane Patena, says the aim is to get the project back on track as quickly as possible.
